Morgan Roy

Morgan Roy joined the Aveda Network in 2005, and soon became a stylist at Civello Salon & Spa. In 2006, she began her role as an Educator at the Aveda Institute Toronto, and now acts as the Creative Director for the Aveda Institute Toronto. She is now a lead member of Aveda Team Canada, the founder of Morgan Roy Beauty, and the Creative Director of Civello Salon & Spa. Morgan has also presented on the main stage at Aveda shows around the world, and works shows at New York Fashion Week.

Kiera Ikpa

Keira’s career began in 2015 as a graduate from the Aveda Institute Winnipeg. After working her way up as a stylist and adding a makeup certification to her skillset, she is now one of Winnipeg’s master stylists. She co-owns Blush + Blonde, a boutique hair salon located on a quiet, walkable River Heights street in Winnipeg, still working behind the chair as a hairstylist and makeup artist.

Colleen Lamirande

Colleen Lamirande started her career in hair at the Aveda Institute Winnipeg in 2009 and has gone on to do great things. Throughout her career she has worked as one of the original eight Colour Trainers for Eufora International, educated at the Aveda Institute Winnipeg, and has maintained a full clientele working behind the chair as a master stylist. After joining the Verde Salon Group in 2017, she has become the Director of Education and Business Development, sharing her knowledge and expertise with the next generation.

Kristjan Hayden

Since 2002, Kristjan Hayden has been part of Aveda Canada, working closely with Civello Salons in Toronto. His editorial and creative work has been featured in magazines such as Vogue, Fashion, and Canadian Living, and has appeared on eTalk, MuchMusic, and Entertainment Tonight. Kristjan has worked many shows backstage at New York Fashion Week, and also founded PerfectoMag. He currently acts as Creative Director for Aveda Canada, leading the creative team in production, education, and shoots, and has presented at Aveda Congress around the world.

Chelsea Linay

Aveda Institute WINNIPEG Graduate

Chelsea Linay’s career began as a graduate from the Aveda Institute Winnipeg in 2014 and has since created and successfully run her own businesses in the beauty industry and amassed nearly 6,000 followers on Instagram. She is currently a fully-booked, self-employed hair stylist working out of Prep Hair in Winnipeg, and founder of LINAY, a modern accessories brand that wholesales across North America. She is also a proud partner with brands she uses behind the chair and on social media, such as Redken, Schwarzkopf, and Philocaly.

Roxana DaCosta

Roxana DaCosta’s career began in 1994 while attending the Esthiology program at the Aveda Institute Victoria. She is now the Vice President of Operations and Senior Educational Administrator for Aveda Institute Victoria. In 2009 Roxana also became the founding owner of Kazen hair & beauty; an Aveda salon in Victoria, BC. Amongst her many accomplishments, she is most proud of receiving the Aveda Spa 2004 Healing Touch Award presented at Congress for her excellence in advancing Aveda sales and education.
